For institutions

Give every student a patient to practise on

Standardised patients are scarce and expensive. MEKSI gives your cohort unlimited consultation practice with AI virtual patients, and gives your faculty a rubric report on every attempt.

Access for a whole cohort

License MEKSI for your students or trainees. Everyone practises the same cases, as often as they need, on their own time.

Reports you can use

Each consultation produces a rubric report. Use them to see where a cohort is strong, where it is not, and to give students evidence of their own progress.

Cases mapped to your teaching

Cases are written and reviewed by practising clinicians. We can work with your faculty to line MEKSI up with your curriculum and assessments.

Two ways in: Learn and Teach

The same case engine serves both sides of a course — the cohort practising, and the faculty running them.

Learn

Your students

Everyone on the course gets the same virtual patients to practise on, as often as they want, on their own time. Each attempt returns a rubric report, so a student can see their own progress without waiting for a tutor to be free.

Teach

Your faculty

Set the same case for the whole cohort and see how it went — median scores, the spread, and the domains the group is weakest in. Because every student meets an identical patient, the teaching no longer varies with who is in the room.

Getting a class running

Teach is self-serve. A professor can have a cohort running without anyone from MEKSI involved.

01

Onboarding a professor

A professor creates a class link themselves — name it, set an expiry and a cap on sign-ups. MEKSI returns a link and a QR code to put on a slide. No IT ticket, no account provisioning, and the link can be revoked at any time.

02

Onboarding students

Students scan the QR or open the link and join in a single step. From then on their attempts feed the class dashboard — under a stable pseudonym, never their name. Cohort statistics stay hidden until enough students have attempted, so no individual is identifiable in a small group.

Built by clinicians, backed by evidence

MEKSI is not a demo dressed up as a product. The cases are clinically reviewed, the approach is published, and you can read both before you commit.

  • Cases written and clinically reviewed by named editorial board members
  • Published, peer-reviewed evidence behind the approach
  • RACGP-approved activity for the CPD course

Licensing is a conversation

Tell us about your cohort and what you want them practising. We will work out access and pricing that fits. Data and security questions welcome.
